Rosalind was discovered by Voyager 2 on January 13, 1986.
- It was named after the daughter of the banished Duke in William Shakespeare's play "As You Like It"
- Pictures from Voyager 2 show that it is almost spherical.
- Rosalind's radius is 36 km.
